Institute Transfer only for self financed colleges :


GTU invites the applications for institute transfer from the students of self-financed colleges of following courses :


            No                                      Course                           Semester


  •      1                                        B.E.                                                     3 & 5
  •      2                                        B.Pharm                                              3 & 5
  •      3                                        MBA/M.E./M.Pharm                            3
  •      4                                        MCA                                                      3
  •      5                                        D.Pharm                                            2nd Year

     

    Instructions for the students :

     

    ( 1 ) The students are instructed to fill the application form online at below mentioned link :

    For Online Application Form Click Here  :

     

    1. Students to make the printout of the duly filled application form and compulsory attach " No Objection Certificate " issued by

      •     The Parent institute where the student is studying presently and

           The new institute where the transfer is sought.

        The hard copy of the application form along with the both NOC must be submitted to GTU, Chandkheda before the last date is 13/07/2014.

         

        Note : The application not submitted through online system, incomplete application and application received after the due date will not be considered.

      Yes, You can transfer your college but given in shedule time of GTU.

      As per every Year GTU publish advertisement in Circular section so you should visit GTU Circular section on website.

      When GTU publish notification then You can change your college in given shedule time.

PMMS portal for semester eight project activities is made live   on 29.01.2016     Step: 1 Open any browser & in address bar type   http://projects.gtu.ac.in/_layouts/15/GTUPMMS/GTULoginPage.aspx Here, we use Mozilla Firefox in this example. (Don’t use your mobile browser) Step: 1  After opening PMMS page enter your user name & password. Then click on login as shown in above image.
