How to get GTU degree Certificate for Pass Out Students in 2016....???

Dear Friends,

If your last exam result was declared in 2016 then you are 2016 pass out student so you have to do the procedure for convocation in the next convocation (in the 6th convocation).
i.e. next year Jan-2017. Form filling for the same will be start in Oct or Nov-2016 on Official GTU website (gtu.ac.in --> Student Zone --> Convocation).

Currently you cant able to fill up the form of convocation.

For more information, kindly visit the "convocation" tab on official GTU website regularly, all the instruction about how to get the certificate are described in detail at there, kindly read it carefully, all the notification regarding convocation will be declared at there.

      Last Date: 10th Dec, 2016

      Fee:
      Rs. 500 for Degree Certificate
      Rs. 300 Diploma Certificate
      Rs. 200 Alumni (It is not mandatory)

      Bed Luck...!!!
      Now, There is no option to submit online form.
      But, you can contact GTU office.
      Maybe any offline process for submitting form at GTU, Chandkheda.
      I m not sure for offline process.
      Stay tune with www.jbccivil.blogspot.in for latest updates.

      There is no option to show at GTU website for apply online.
      You should submit application within time.
      But, you can contact GTU office.
      Maybe any offline process for submitting form at GTU, Chandkheda.
      I m not sure for offline process.

      If you have already paid fee on SBI, then you can download your e-chalan through below link

      There is no problem from your side if you sucessfully submitted online form.
      Still today, Many students are not receiving Certificate so don't worry.
      Wait few days until February months will over.

    how much time is taken by university to get degree certificate after applying for it. I have submitted the applicationf 2 days ago. If I want it within 7 days, is it possible?

      No..It is not possible to get certificate in short time.

      Certificate is reach at your home through speed post after the submitting application at GTU office.

      If you have Provisional Degree Certificate, then you can show provisional certificate instead of final degree certificate.

      If you submitted form online through GTU website within time limit then wait for few days.

      You will get your certificate by Post at your Home.

      Otherwise you can contact GTU office(Chandkheda) in working hours except Public Holidays.

      Due to technical issue sometime it is now showing.
      Try again after some time.
      You will sure submit application through online.
      Remember it should be completed in time limit.

      At least 1 to 2 weeks you get your degree certificate on your registered address through speed post.
